Challenge

HUB was at an inflection point - a fast-growing urban developer with an ambitious pipeline, strong community values and a genuine commitment to resident experience, but without the in-house capability to bring that identity to life. They needed a partner who could think as much about the people living in their buildings as the buildings themselves.

Conductor CX took space in HUB's office and became part of their team for four years - managing brand strategy, communications, website development and place marketing across schemes in Croydon, Maidenhead, Wembley, Royal Docks, Acton and Hayes. Community and resident thinking sat at the heart of every brief.
