Apache Capital and Present Made needed rigorous evidence before committing to design, amenity and tenure strategy across two schemes - 373 homes at Eddington in Cambridge and 650 at Millview in Bedfordshire. Who would live there, what would they pay and did the market exist?
Conductor CX deployed a ten-month customer research programme across both schemes, combining macro market analysis, demographic research, 443- and 500-respondent surveys, social listening and bespoke Customer Profiles - richly detailed portraits of the people who would live in these places.
The research confirmed 98% appeal at Eddington and 91% at Millview, giving Present Made the intelligence to shape product, amenity and leasing strategy with confidence. The Eddington work fed directly into planning, supporting approval for the UK's first purpose-built single-family rental homes.
